Yo John, welcome to the site. We're going to try and get a group ride together once the trails dry out, you should come. What's Cullen?

Cullen Park Trail (across I-10). Starts right outside my neighborhood by Fry and Clay Rd. and goes to Hwy 6 right before Bear Creek Park. Nothing challenging as it's flat and paved which is why I was looking for something else. Glad I found this place.

How many miles is the whole thing? That place is creepy at night. Especially the part right by hwy 6.

The paved is just 3 miles (one way) and there are a few small jumps out there and some easy flat dirt trails.

Its easy to get to for us. Ride to police station, hit Barker Cypress to the park and the start of the paved rail.

Once you hit Hwy 6, cross into Bear Creek Park and ride through it to Eldridge. Eldridge has a nice wide shoulder and ride that to the levee. Ride levee to the dam and cross under I-10 there back into THP.

Thats the kind of stamina I need (@toff). Ride from my house to the end of the trail at Hwy 6 is about 6 miles. I do the round trip and I'm good for the day.
